John DiMarco, Co-founder and President

John has developed and managed the implementation of leading-edge technology for a variety of companies. At ITG, John is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. Previously, he served as Director of Global Program Management at MetroMedia Fiber Networks, responsible for managing the deployment of fiber optic networks for major telecommunication carriers. Prior to that, he served as Director of Project Management at Covista, where he successfully managed a team of Project Managers, responsible for the implementation of all information technology and telecommunication network projects. Prior to Covista, he served in a variety of management and engineering positions in wireless and defense electronics technology companies. John holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Manhattan College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering Technology) at Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating in the top 5% of his class. He also holds a license to install Security, Surveillance and Fire systems.

 

Dante Garritano, Co-founder

Dante Garritano has a long and successful track record of designing system solutions to meet and exceed demanding requirements. Having been in high-technology environments throughout his career, Dante has sustained a proven track record of engineering solutions and providing management expertise in the development and deployment of strategic company offerings. Dante served as the Director of Technical Services at ReefEdge, Inc., a leader in wireless networking technology, responsible for the development and integration of the company’s operational infrastructure with a focus on providing a high standard of customer satisfaction. Prior to ReefEdge, he served as the Director of Technical Services at VocalTec Communications, Inc., a leading voice over IP solutions company, managing and developing the operational activities of service and sales engineers to deliver customized end-to-end solutions. Prior to VocalTec, he served in a variety of management and engineering positions in wireless and defense electronics technology firms. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College with a license in Electrical Contracting. He also holds a license to design and install Security, Surveillance and Fire systems.

 

Robert Pratt, Senior Integration Engineer

Robert not only assists in the design and development of commercial
and Residential AV, Network and security systems
but also integrates these systems to seamlessly work together
providing an effortless customer experience. Robert is
proficient with each of the individual subsystems but can also
consolidate the individual operations within a control
system allowing the customer to access all operations with one program and simplify their
lives.

 

Rick Sherwood, Senior Technician

Rick is a very capable and proficient senior technician who
demonstrates ingenuity in the field. His “can do” attitude
consistently comes up with creative ways of cabling and installing
devices to bring the project to completion. As needed,
Rick is tasked with troubleshooting security systems minimizing down
time and ensuring customer satisfaction.
